There is always beauty in natural things, and nothing better than embracing Mother Nature in our skincare routine. It is essential to understand that you do not need more than ten products for healthy skin, much less 20 steps to achieve it. Natural ingredients also have excellent benefits for your skin. Surely you have great ingredients in your kitchen to prepare fun recipes; you just need to be creative.
Here are some of my favorite ingredients from Mother Nature:
1.Turmeric: It is a flowering plant that has been used in India for thousands of years. It is well known for its healing properties, good for the brain and body, and its antioxidant properties for the skin. To use it, be sure to mix small amounts to avoid staining skin and clothing.
Mix it with honey or plain yogurt for glowing skin.
2.Aloe Vera: it is a succulent plant that contains gel in its leaves. Aloe Vera contains vitamins, minerals, and enzymes. The gel can help from sunburn to increase collagen production and reduce the appearance of scars.
Mix it with rose water and honey before bedtime to brighten and lighten your skin.
3.Honey: Raw honey contains properties that are beneficial for the skin. It helps clear acne, moisturize your skin without greasing it, is an antioxidant, and delays aging.
You can mix it with brown sugar for a good scrub or with cinnamon to clear acne.
